Rocket Fuel

              1 egg
              1 teaspoon of soft honey
              1 tablespoon of yoghurt
              1 cup (or more) of milk
              1 tablespoon of yeast flakes
              ½ cup of herb tea (optional)

          Whisk or blend the ingredients together for a minute or so,
              then serve.

              To make a more substantial meal, you could pour this
              mixture over a Weetbix and top with grated cheese.
